Mechanism of Vibration Data Integration

conanair establishes an open data path flowing from on-site sensors to the base station PC, and then to other systems. It supports a wide range of applications, from direct file reading by other systems to advanced integration via networks.

Steps of Data Distribution

• Automated Data Collection: Vibration data from each equipment is automatically aggregated to the base station PC via wireless Wi-Fi communication. Data, including raw vibration waveforms, is saved in ".cna" or ".csv" format per measurement.
• Expansion via Plugins: Summary data in JSON format for simple diagnostics generated by "conanair Trend" is provided in data formats accepted by other systems. In particular, the newly released "MQTT connect" makes periodic distribution to various systems, PLCs, etc., exceptionally easy.
• Diverse Protocols Supported: Depending on the requirements of the integration destination, data transfer via various network protocols such as file output, Web API, and MQTT is possible.
• Flexibility in Application: It can be freely integrated with anything from simple trend monitoring tools (browser apps, Excel, etc.) to large-scale data management systems.
