Two Operating Modes of conanair

conanair is equipped with two operating modes, "Manual Mode" and "Automatic Mode," which can be selected according to your operational style and site environment. It is also possible to operate these two modes mixed within the same network environment. Before watching the initial setup and operation guide videos, please first confirm which mode corresponds to your operation.

Manual Mode (Patrolling Measurement)

This is a mode in which workers carry the conanair unit and a smartphone (or tablet, PC) to perform spot measurements while patrolling equipment at the site.

• Communication Mechanism: The conanair unit operates as a "Wi-Fi access point" and a "Web server." Even if there is no Wi-Fi environment at the site, you can directly access conanair from a smartphone browser to operate and measure.
• Equipment Registration: You can register and manage up to 100 units of equipment for a single conanair (using a CSV definition file).

Automatic Mode (Continuous Monitoring)

This is a mode in which conanair is permanently installed on each target equipment, and measurement and data transmission are automatically performed at preset intervals.

• Communication Mechanism: The conanair unit operates as a "Wi-Fi station (client)." It connects to a Wi-Fi router (access point) at the site and automatically transmits measurement data to the base station PC on the network.
• Precautions for Setup: If the initial setup for Automatic Mode is not completed (e.g., at the time of factory shipment), it will automatically enter the Web setup state immediately after startup.

How to Use Manual Mode (Manual Measurement)
